Job Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.

• Complete check-in and check-out procedures.

• Answer phone inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and its services.

• Promote hotel services and achieve sales targets.

• Coordinate reservations and handle booking platforms.

• Follow up on guests’ needs to ensure an outstanding stay experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in hotel reception or hospitality is preferred.

• High communication and customer service skills.

• Well-groomed appearance and strong presence.

• Good level in English and Turkish is preferred.
