
we are hiring a Brand Manager who can protect brand identity while driving growth, with a strong focus on international B2B partnerships. Market focus: 80% international B2B (export) and 20% local market. Responsibilities
• Lead brand direction across campaigns, product development, launches, and communication.
• Align departments (content, design, performance, sales, product) around clear priorities.
• Build B2B-ready brand assets: distributor presentations, catalogs, sales kits, product education materials.
• Ensure consistency across website, social, e-commerce, and B2B communication.
• Support distributor/partner onboarding: brand guidelines, content standards, messaging frameworks.
• Track international market feedback and adjust positioning and messaging.
• Improve workflow, speed, and quality of execution across teams. Main requirements
• Brand management experience with skincare/beauty brands.
• Experience with international markets/export/distributors (B2B).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making under pressure.
• Experience in growth-stage brands and commercial thinking (brand + sales).
• E-commerce/marketplace experience and product launch positioning.
• Ability to work closely with both creative teams and performance marketing teams.
