Prof. Dr. Ufuk BİLKAY was born in İzmir in 1966. After completing his high school education at İzmir Atatürk High School, he began his medical education at Ege University Faculty of Medicine and graduated as a medical doctor in 1990. After working as an assistant for about one year at the Department of Urology, Dokuz Eylül University, he left this department and continued his education at the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. In 1999, he became a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery.
