Position: Medical Consultant – Call Center (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Provide initial medical consultations regarding our services.

• Follow up with clients and coordinate appointments with the medical team.

• Accurately enter client information and maintain records in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in call center or customer service (preferably in medical or cosmetic fields).

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Full-time availability.

• Professionalism, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.

Languages:

• Arabic (mandatory)

• English or French (preferred)
