We are looking for an IT & Help Desk Officer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees and resolve daily technical issues.
Maintain computers, printers, and internal networks.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Follow up on help desk requests and document technical issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in IT or Help Desk.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
