Wanted: Investor Relations and Business Development Manager

WGS Group company in Istanbul announces its need for a professional and highly experienced female employee to work in the field of attracting investors, business development, project planning, and preparing feasibility studies.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of practical experience in investment, business development, international relations, or attracting investors.

• High ability in communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing investment agreements.

• Experience in preparing business plans, project planning, and studying and analyzing investment opportunities.

• Ability to prepare professional presentations and investor-directed documents.

• Fluency in Turkish and English languages is required; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.

• Leadership personality, articulate, organized, confident, and professional in dealings.

• Ability to build a network of relationships with businessmen, investors, and local and international companies.

• Willingness to represent the company at meetings, conferences, and events inside and outside Turkey.

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Microsoft Office programs, and customer relationship management tools.

Main Tasks:

• Searching for investors and new partnership opportunities and communicating with them.

• Preparing and analyzing feasibility studies and project development plans.

• Presenting the company’s projects professionally and convincingly in front of investors.

• Following up negotiations and meetings until successful agreements are reached.

• Building strategic partnerships and long-term relationships.

• Contributing to setting the company’s expansion and growth plans.
