Humanitarian Projects Coordinator and Preparer (Females Only)

A non-profit charitable organization is looking for an outstanding employee to join its team in Turkey, on a full-time basis.
The job includes preparing and developing humanitarian and development projects, coordinating with partners and donors, and ensuring quality implementation and reporting.

Main Tasks:

• Preparing comprehensive project proposals

• Writing project reports (narrative and financial reports)

• Coordinating with internal teams and local and international partners

• Logistical and administrative follow-up on project implementation

• Developing content related to projects and presentations

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in project preparation or working in non-profit organizations

• Proficiency in Arabic, English, and Turkish (written and spoken)

• Excellent writing and reporting skills

• Strong ability to work within a team and under pressure

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

• Previous experience in preparing internationally funded project proposals is preferred
