
Job Summary
Leading and managing the humanitarian organization to ensure the achievement of its strategic and humanitarian objectives, through overseeing programs, resource development, building partnerships, ensuring compliance and governance, and achieving sustainable and measurable impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Implementing the organization's overall strategy and translating it into actionable operational plans and programs.
2. Managing daily operations and ensuring institutional performance efficiency across all departments.
3. Developing humanitarian programs and projects aligned with the needs of target communities.
4. Developing and implementing the organization's marketing strategy and building its public identity.
5. Resource development and fundraising through digital and direct channels.
6. Building and managing strategic relationships with donors and partners at both the local and international levels.
7. Overseeing marketing and humanitarian campaigns and ensuring effective digital and community impact.
8. Representing the organization in conferences and events and enhancing its media and institutional presence.
9. Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and laws governing the work of associations.
10. Monitoring institutional and marketing performance indicators (KPIs) and achieving targeted results.
11. Approving budgets and financial plans and ensuring optimal use of resources.
12. Developing work teams (Programs – Marketing – Finance) and enhancing integration among them.
13. Leading crisis management and making strategic decisions under emergency circumstances.
14. The ability to take responsibility and perseverance in overcoming obstacles and crises.
Required Qualifications and Experience
◆ Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a non-profit or humanitarian environment is a plus.
◆ Skills and Abilities
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in digital and traditional marketing and brand management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with external entities.
• Analytical ability to read performance data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
◆ Required Languages
• Arabic: Excellent (Essential).
• English: Excellent (Mandatory) or Turkish: Excellent (Mandatory)—proficiency in either is sufficient.
• Proficiency in both languages (English and Turkish) is a remarkable advantage.

✓ Growth of followers and engagement on digital platforms by an agreed percentage.
✓ Achieving monthly and annual fundraising goals.
✓ Timely completion of correspondences and administrative contracts.
✓ Satisfaction of executive management with the quality of reports and marketing products.
