Graduated from the Dicle University Faculty of Medicine. After graduation, she worked as a family physician in various health centers in Erzurum Aşkale, Diyarbakır, İzmir, and Elazığ. In 2005, she obtained a Ministry of Health-certified Medical Aesthetics Physician (Laser Epilation, Fillers, Skin Care, Chemical Peeling, Mesotherapy, Hair Transplantation, Regional Slimming) application certificate. She opened a private practice in Mardin for a while, working on aesthetic applications and laser epilation. Deniz Şen, who is married to General and Plastic Surgery Specialist Op.Dr. Tahir Şen, has two lovely daughters named Burcu and Ece, and a son named Batu. Since 07.07.2014, she has been serving in her own clinic at the same address.
