Koray Paçacı, born in Ankara in 1983, graduated from Yeditepe University in 2008 with the title of Medical Doctor and subsequently completed his specialization training at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine in 2016, earning the title of specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. Having worked for years as a Plastic Surgeon at a private hospital in Istanbul, as of 2019, Koray Paçacı continues to serve at his own clinic in Nişantaşı.
