Job Summary:

Agile is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing and Content Specialist to join our team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about content creation, graphic design, and marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for producing engaging course content, designing visual assets, running marketing campaigns, and generating leads to help grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Content Creation

Develop and edit educational and promotional content for courses (text, visuals, presentations)

Collaborate with experts to turn information into engaging learning materials

🔹 Graphic Design

Design eye-catching, brand-aligned visuals for social media, emails, landing pages, etc.

Ensure visual consistency across all platforms

🔹 Marketing Campaigns

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, website)

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve results

🔹 Lead Generation

Create and manage strategies to attract potential clients

Develop lead magnets like downloadable resources and webinars

🔹 Social Media Management

Schedule and publish posts on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Monitor performance, engage with the audience, and adjust content as needed

Qualifications:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field

✔️ Proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or graphic design

✔️ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva

✔️ Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite

✔️ Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign is a plus

✔️ Strong English communication skills

✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

✔️ Creative mindset, attention to detail, and proactivity
