Flight Reservations agent

Initial for Turkish nationality holders

🔹 Job Duties:

Making local and international flight ticket reservations.

Handling reservation systems (GDS).

Following up on modifications, cancellations, and ticket refunds.

Providing customers with the best options in terms of price and time.

Coordinating with airlines and travel agents.

Accurately entering and updating booking data.

🔹 Requirements:

Previous experience in flight ticket reservation of no less than two years.

Good knowledge of reservation systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).

Strong communication skills.

Fluency in Arabic, Turkish, and English is an additional advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and commitment to deadlines.
