Role Overview
We are looking for an administrative and field operations supervisor to organize daily operations, manage drivers and schedule vehicles, ensure fleet readiness and quality of field execution, and coordinate with the maintenance and finance departments to control expenses and manage operational collections.
Main Duties:
Manage daily discipline for drivers and employees involved in operations (attendance, absence, commitment).
Daily scheduling of vehicles and drivers (Dispatch) and follow up on field implementation.
Ensure daily operational readiness of vehicles (safety, cleanliness, fuel / documents).
Follow up on malfunctions, submit maintenance requests, and coordinate directly with the maintenance manager.
Audit operational expenses (fuel, parking / maintenance) and ensure invoices are documented.
Ensure that no service is executed without proof of payment transfer or clear financial approval.
Follow up on operational complaints and close them within the specified time and implement checklists.
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in operations, fleet management, and field coordination. Proficiency in Turkish and Arabic is a basic requirement.
Valid residence or work permit in Turkey.
High organizational skills, precision in follow-up, and ability to work under pressure.
