Female employees are required to work in the call center field in a medical tourism company in Istanbul full-time.
Requirements:

1- Tact in speaking.
2- The ability to work within a team.
3- Withstand work pressure.
4- It is preferable to have previous sales experience in the field of medical tourism (hair transplantation, cosmetic surgery, cosmetic dentistry).
Basic conditions:
1- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: writing - reading - speaking (French, English, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, German, Hebrew,)

Basic tasks:
1. Receiving and directing incoming calls from patients and clients with skill and professionalism.
2. Providing the necessary information about hospital services, booking procedures, and costs.
3. Identify the needs of patients and clients and provide appropriate advice and guidance.
4. Organizing appointments, setting patient schedules, and coordinating with the medical team.
5. Follow up with patients and clients after treatment and ensure their satisfaction and meet their ongoing needs.
6. Recording and documenting important information in the database system.
