He is a graduate of Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine (English Medicine). He specialized at Dokuz Eylül University. He completed his Executive MBA at Bilkent University. He successfully completed the 2-year thesis-based Medical Aesthetics Master's program organized by the State Universities of Camerino and Turin in Italy. He is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and has participated in the institution's training programs, earning a certificate. In the past, he established clinics in the private health sector and served as their general manager. He successfully served as Turkey's first medical director for air ambulance planes at the Portuguese Heliportugal air ambulance company, which operates under the Ministry of Health. He worked as both a physician and an administrator at Private Güven Hospital, Koru Health Group, and Medical Park Hospitals in Ankara.
