I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University in 2000. Afterwards, I completed my compulsory service as a general practitioner by working at Ağrı State Hospital's emergency department for 2.5 years. In 2003, I was accepted into the Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital and completed my 6-year specialty training at this hospital. Between 2009 and 2011, I fulfilled my compulsory service at Çorum State Hospital and subsequently resigned from my government position. Then, I worked as a specialist in Plastic Surgery at the private Samsun Medicana Hospital for 3.5 years. As of 2014, I opened a private clinic in Samsun and I am currently practicing independently.
