Eyelid cosmetic surgery

Op. Dr. Şafak AKTAR was born in 1983 in Diyarbakır. After completing his pre-university education, he started his medical education at Dicle University in 1999 and graduated in 2005, earning the title of medical doctor. He completed his specialization between 2007 and 2012 at Yüzüncü Yıl University Faculty of Medicine, earning the title of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon.
