Our company, specializing in real estate investment and land sales, announces its need for an executive secretary to work directly with the General Manager at our office in the Arnavutköy area – Istanbul.
Responsibilities:
Organizing the General Manager's schedule and daily appointments
Coordinating between departments and scheduling meetings
Receiving visitors and organizing correspondence and files
Writing and typing official letters and reports
Following up on the administration's emails and phone calls
Performing administrative and logistical support tasks
Required Conditions:
✅ University graduate (mandatory)
✅ At least two years of experience in secretarial work or administrative departments
✅ Proficiency in Arabic and Turkish (essential), English proficiency is preferred
✅ Excellent command of computer and Microsoft Office programs
✅ Organized, articulate, and has strong communication skills
✅ Ability to handle all administrative matters with confidentiality and professionalism
✅ Legal residence in Turkey
✅ Preference for residents of areas near Arnavutköy
