✅ Job description: An Assistant Manager distinguished by competence, discipline, the ability to follow up administratively and on-site, and to organize daily work inside and outside the company
The position aims to support the CEO in organizing work, following up on tasks, coordinating with employees, and supervising daily operations to ensure smooth and professional performance
✅Job responsibilities: (Please read carefully)
Follow up on the CEO’s daily activities and execute his instructions accurately
Follow up on administrative, real estate, financial documents, and internal file arrangement.
Writing professional reports and correspondence on project progress.
Attending meetings with the manager, taking notes, and preparing reports.
Field follow-up when needed: project sites – government entities – suppliers – partners – clients – real estate.
Organizing appointments and meetings and preparing required files.
Preparing initial research and reports on some projects that can be undertaken.
Providing suggestions to improve workflow and increase productivity.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure.
Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to the highest standards of professionalism.
✅Qualifications and required experience:
Excellent command of the Turkish language (reading, writing, and speaking), preferably with Turkish citizenship.
Proficiency in English
Relevant degree (Business Administration – Project Management – Finance – or a related field)
At least 2 years’ prior experience in the position of Assistant Manager or similar administrative role
At least 1 year of experience in the field of real estate buying and selling
Preferably basic knowledge in investment administration fields
Strong, organized, accurate personality capable of making small executive decisions.
High verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using computers and office programs - ability to prepare presentations - speed and ability to learn any system (ERP & CRM) -
Ability to deal with cloud storage systems - Excellent proficiency in EXCEL -
(outlook - Google workspace - word)
Ability to follow up on site and travel within Turkey and abroad when needed
Excellent ability to research and access information.
Integrity, discipline, loyalty, capacity to work under pressure, and adherence to deadlines
Tactfulness, good appearance, and ability to interact considerately with various people.
A meticulous person who pays attention to detail and is proactive.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to work changes.
