:Duties

Lead the company's strategic direction, analyze the market, and develop practical growth plans to increase sales and profitability, working directly with senior management to make impactful decisions.

:Main Tasks

Analyze the market and competitors, and identify expansion opportunities

Develop pricing strategies and increase sales

Improve distribution channels and boost performance

Provide practical solutions to improve results

Work with senior management on decisions

Conditions:

Age: Not less than 35 years

- Practical experience: Minimum 10 years in sectors (Food/Distribution/Trade)

- University degree (Business Administration/Economics or equivalent)

- Proven track record in achieving real growth in previous companies

- High ability for analysis and decision making

Ability to travel according to work requirements

- Leadership personality and actual field experience
