About Drum Separator:

Drum Separator (with aspiration system) is produced as a grain cleaning/gradingmachine with three different capacities.

The duty of the Drum Separator machine with aspiration unit is used as a pre-cleaning machine before the product is taken to the silos, as well as in cleaning and classification processes. When the product enters the drum purifier machine, it is subjected to air aspiration from 4 different points. Dust and light waste materials in the product are separated by air aspiration.

Drum Separator consists of a rotating perforated drum and aspiration system. Wheat entering this drum while the grains fall from the holes to the wheat outlet, coarser foreign materials remain in the drum and are thrown out from the waste outlet.

Light foreign substances and dust in the wheat are separated by the aspiration system.
