Digital Marketing Specialist

At Whiteway Technology, we are looking for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and design, loves working in a fast-growing environment, and wants to directly contribute to building and developing the brand.

This role is suitable for someone who is practical, creative, and loves to learn quickly.

Main Responsibilities

First: Digital Marketing and Design

• Managing the company’s accounts on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn

• Creating and publishing engaging content (Posts / Stories / Reels)

• Designing visual materials using tools like Canva (or similar tools)

• Managing advertising campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to increase visibility and reach customers

• Analyzing campaign performance and continuously improving results

• Following up on messages and potential clients and converting them into opportunities

Second: Supporting Operations and Procurement (Partially)

• Researching suppliers and communicating with them

• Requesting and comparing quotations

• Preparing simple summaries to support decision-making

Requirements

• Proficiency in Turkish and Arabic (important)

• Clear interest in digital marketing and content creation

• Basic design skills (Canva or other)

• Ability to use digital tools and AI to increase productivity

• High organizational skills and ability to work independently

Preferred

• Previous experience in digital marketing

• Understanding the basics of digital advertising

• Aesthetic sense and ability to produce content
