
Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Mall of Istanbul — Istanbul
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
Required Languages: Arabic and English (full proficiency)
Role Overview
You will lead marketing strategies aimed at attracting new clients and expanding the customer base. You will work closely with the Sales and Services teams to identify growth opportunities, plan digital marketing campaigns, and manage their budgets to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
Main Responsibilities
Develop and manage multi-channel marketing strategies: SEO/SEM, content marketing, field and digital marketing, partnerships, paid advertising, and social media.
Design and implement integrated programs to generate leads and convert them into actual clients.
Manage the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion using techniques like A/B Testing and CRO.
Create high-quality B2B content (case studies, articles, blogs, landing pages) that showcases the agency’s expertise.
Manage the marketing budget and collaborate with external advertising agencies and suppliers.
Represent the brand at industry events and exhibitions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Age not exceeding 40 years.
7–10 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably B2B), preference for experience in marketing agencies or software companies (SaaS).
Strong experience in demand generation and data-driven marketing.
Hands-on expertise in SEO/SEM, performance marketing, Google Analytics 4, marketing automation and CRM tools (such as HubSpot/Salesforce).
Experience managing multilingual marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques: data-driven budgeting, web analytics, email analytics and bounce rates, and SEO optimization.
Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
Full proficiency in Arabic and English; proficiency in Turkish is a plus.
Suggested Performance Indicators (KPIs/OKRs)
Number of new marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) per month.
Lead-to-client conversion rate.
Number of newly won projects.

Technical aptitude: familiarity with digital marketing technologies (budgeting for data-driven apps, web analytics, email analytics and bounce rates, website ranking/SEO).
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
Full proficiency in Arabic and English; Turkish is a plus.
