Digital Humanitarian Solutions Coordinator

Job Summary

Implement and develop digital and smart solutions within the organization to help improve the efficiency of humanitarian operations, accelerate performance, and enhance the quality of services provided to beneficiaries and donors.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Analyze the needs of beneficiaries and partner entities and translate them into actionable digital solutions.

2. Design the overall framework and platform architecture.

3. Prepare system design and user flow diagrams for platforms and applications.

4. Supervise the development and programming process of the platforms, ensuring compliance with international standards.

5. Manage, coordinate, and contract with software companies and developers.

6. Monitor implementation quality and ensure achievement of performance, security, and scalability.

7. Integrate platforms with other systems (CRM, databases, humanitarian tools).

8. Ensure platforms comply with international humanitarian standards (such as data protection, transparency, and inclusiveness).

9. Prepare operational and future development plans (scalability & sustainability).

10. Operate these platforms and follow up on requirements for their successful operation.

11. Provide periodic reports to management on progress and challenges.

12. Proficiency in using AI tools and data analysis tools.

Required Qualifications and Experience

◆ Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Artificial Intelligence.

• Proven practical experience in applying AI and automation tools.

◆ Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of AI tools.

• Experience in developing Chatbots and automation.

• Understanding of data protection principles and KVKK law.

• Basic programming skills (Python / JavaScript) are a plus.

◆ Required Languages

• Arabic: essential.

• English: good.

• Turkish: a plus.
