Born in Gümüşhane in 1959. He completed his primary education at Adapazarı Donatım Primary School, his secondary education at Adapazarı Central Middle School, and attended high school at Adapazarı Ali Dilmen High School. Later, he was admitted to Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry and graduated in 1982. He opened his own clinic in 1984. He has been practicing dentistry for 35 years.
