Orthodontist Dr. Cem Baykan graduated from Hacettepe University and completed his doctorate and specialization in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Hamburg Faculty of Dentistry in Germany. He worked for many years as a freelance orthodontist in Germany and, upon returning to Turkey, founded the Orthodontics Department of Ankara 75th Year Oral and Dental Health Hospital in 1980. In addition, since 1982, he has been seeing patients in his private orthodontics clinic. In 1991, Dr. Cem Baykan was selected as the Orthodontist of the Year by the Ministry of Health.
