K. Serhat Şahin, who was born in Ankara in 1977, is a dentist. He is the son of dentist Halit Şahin and teacher Ayşe Ayşen Tünger. He completed his middle and high school education at Beşiktaş Atatürk Anatolian High School, entered the Faculty of Dentistry at Samsun 19 Mayıs University in 1995, and graduated as a dentist in 2000.
