
Job Objective
To lead and develop the operational processes of the clinic to ensure the provision of exceptional medical care through a cohesive team. The aim is to achieve the highest standards of quality, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction, while maintaining the financial sustainability of the clinic.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the clinic and the workflow.
- Manage the medical staff and administrative employees.
- Conduct performance evaluations and organize schedules.
- Monitor financial matters and implement cost-effective practices.
- Ensure service quality and patient satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to enhance clinic efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in clinic management, preferably a dental clinic.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations.
