Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

Overview of the Role
You will handle incoming calls and transfer them professionally, contact companies registered on our platform for introductory calls, accurately record customer requests and forward them to the relevant department, in addition to data entry on the company's website, handling complaints, and supporting the sale of products and services.
Responsibilities
Answer and transfer incoming calls professionally.
Conduct introductory calls with companies registered on the platform.
Accurately record customer requests and forward them to the relevant department.
Enter and update data on the company website/systems.
Handle customer complaints politely and follow up until resolution.
Promote the company’s products and services and assist in selling them when necessary.
Required Qualifications
University degree.
Fluency in both Turkish and English (mandatory); proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Prior experience in call centers or customer service is preferred.
