Customer service employee required – tourism and reservations field

Work location: (Remote)

Type of work: Full-time

🔹 Job Duties:

• Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business

• Following up with customers and converting inquiries into actual bookings

• Booking hotels and tourist apartments

• Preparing tourist packages (accommodation – airport pickup – tours – transportation)

• Communicating with hotels to get discounts and special rates

• Following up with customers before and during the trip

• Data entry and organizing bookings

🔹 Requirements:

• (Preferred) Previous experience in customer service or tourism

• High response speed and persuasion skills

• Politeness in communication and ability to work under pressure

• Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business and computers

• Preferably proficient in the Turkish language
