Born in Isparta in 1975, Dr. Güniz Eker Uluçay graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1999. Between 2000 and 2005, she completed her residency in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital.
In 2006, she worked with Dr. Serdar Eren at the Centrum für Ästhetisch-Plastische Chirurgie in Cologne, Germany. Between 2006 and 2009, she fulfilled her compulsory state service obligation. Dr. Güniz Eker Uluçay has been practicing her profession in Istanbul since 2009.
Dr. Güniz Eker Uluçay, who speaks English fluently, is married and has a daughter. She is a member of the Turkish Medical Association and the Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. She has 9 international and 4 national research articles and numerous written and oral presentations at both international and national congresses.
