Job Title: Content Creator and Social Media Presenter

Department: Marketing

Workplace: International Dental Clinic in Istanbul - Şişli

Note: There is a videographer and editor at the clinic, so the content creator is not required to perform any tasks related to filming or video editing.

🔹️ Job Objective:

• To build a modern and attractive brand image and enhance the trust of current and future patients by producing creative and authentic visual content that contributes to increased reach and engagement and highlights the medical excellence offered by the clinic.

🔹️ Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a creative monthly content plan that reflects the clinic’s identity and promotes its services.

- Shoot high-quality visual content (promotional and educational videos, photos) from within the clinic.

- Follow the latest content trends on social media platforms and employ them with intelligence and creativity.

- Write compelling and engaging scenarios that transform complex medical information into simplified and impactful stories.

- Personally appear in front of the camera with spontaneity and confidence to present content.

- Coordinate with the medical and administrative team to capture content reflecting behind-the-scenes work and patient satisfaction.

- Analyze the performance of published content and provide periodic reports to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest continuous improvements.

🔹️ Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Following the latest content trends on social media platforms and exploiting them intelligently and creatively.

- At least one year's practical experience in digital content creation.

- Attractive personality and high confidence in appearing in front of the camera.

- Fluency in speaking English (a must).

- In-depth knowledge of the workings of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.

- Outstanding creative ability to transform ideas and medical information into simple and appealing visual content for the audience.

- Team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively.
