Dr. Dt. Mehmet Ali KARABEL
He was born in Kayseri in 1982. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2007. In 2011, he started his PhD studies at the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry at the same university. In the same year, he left this department and began his doctoral studies at Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Orthodontics. He completed his specialization training at Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Orthodontics between 2011 and 2016 with his thesis "Evaluation of the Effects of Diode Laser Use in Experimental Orthodontic Tooth Movements" and earned the title of "Doctor of Science in Orthodontics".
He has participated in various national and international congresses and training activities and has an international publication entitled "Evaluation of the effects of diode laser application on experimental orthodontic tooth movements in rats. Histopathological analysis".
Following his education and specialization studies, he continues his career as a founding partner of the European Health Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic. He continues his professional career as an Orthodontic Doctor, in the areas of wire-free orthodontic treatment with Invisalign clear aligners, wired orthodontic treatment, orthognathic surgery, and diagnosis and treatment of early age jaw and facial anomalies.
His interests in social life parallel to his professional work include long-distance swimming, table tennis, horseback riding, and photography.
He is a member of the Turkish Orthodontic Society, Turkish Aligner Association, Istanbul Chamber of Dentists, and Turkish Dental Association.
He speaks English and German.
