Prof. Dr. Cemal Şenyuva was born in Istanbul in 1960. After graduating from Ankara Cumhuriyet High School in 1977, he graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1983 and earned his medical degree. In 1986, he began his residency in plastic surgery at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, became a specialist in 1992, and became an Associate Professor in 1997. Between 1997 and 2000, he worked as a faculty member in the same clinic. Dr. Şenyuva received the title of Professor of Plastic Surgery at Düzce University Faculty of Medicine in 2007 and served as the Head of the Department. He retired in 2011. He currently has two clinics in Istanbul and works as a private practitioner. He also gives national and international talks and presentations, and organizes training courses.
