Role Summary

JetMate Aviation is looking for a Charter Sales & Client Relations Executive to join our Istanbul office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing charter flight inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the growth of the charter department. Providing timely and professional responses to client inquiries.

Responsibilities

Manage charter flight inquiries and client requests.

Prepare and submit charter quotations.

Coordinate with operators regarding aircraft availability and pricing.

Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Support sales and business development initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of client communications and opportunities.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, client relations, customer service, aviation, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
