
We are looking for a Call Center for an educational consulting and student services company.
Minimum qualifications and required experience:
- A relevant university degree or a university student who has not graduated yet
- Previous practical experience in a call center for no less than one year, strictly in the field of educational consulting
- Experience in the Turkish market and knowledge about private Turkish universities, admissions, and their systems
- Ability to handle work pressure and follow up with students
- Ability to commit to work hours and job requirements
- Familiarity with working with Bitrix CRM
Required: Full-time work from the company headquarters
With a monthly salary + commission
