Call Center Representative – Real Estate | Arnavutköy.Istanbul

We are a company specialized in real estate investment and land sales, looking for an active, articulate, and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team at our office in Arnavutköy, Istanbul (European Side).

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from clients.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with them.

• Provide initial information about real estate projects.

• Coordinate client appointments with the Sales Department.

• Accurately record client information and follow up on a regular basis.

Requirements

✅ University graduate (mandatory)

✅ Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

✅ Previous experience in a call center or sales, preferably in the real estate sector.

✅ Fluency in Arabic and Turkish (mandatory); English is a plus.

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Professional and articulate communication style.

✅ Commitment and punctuality.

✅ Legal residency in Türkiye .
