📢 Café/Restaurant Supervisor Wanted in the Istanbul (Kayaşehir – Başakşehir) Region

We are looking for a café supervisor to work at the CREPELLO branch located in the Istanbul – Kayaşehir / Başakşehir area. Applications from candidates who meet the following requirements will be considered:

✅ Basic Requirements:

• Proficiency in Turkish language (written and spoken) – mandatory

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or café

• Having a leadership and responsible character, and ability to organize the team

• Serious, disciplined, and punctual

• Candidates residing close to Kayaşehir / Başakşehir area are preferred

• Advanced skills in MS Office applications and reporting.

• Monitor daily workflow and organize team shifts

• Welcome customers and ensure their satisfaction

• Maintain service quality and cleanliness standards

• Coordinate with management regarding needs and orders
