Born in 1974 in Germany, after completing his primary education in Germany; he finished his secondary and high school education in Kayseri. In 1992, he graduated from Kayseri High School and started at Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry the same year. In 1997, he graduated as a dentist from Istanbul University. After his military service, he sequentially worked at Gemerek State Hospital (Sivas), Kayseri State Hospital, and (Istanbul) Ataşehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital.
