  He was born in 1981 in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. He completed his primary and secondary education in Istanbul on a scholarship. In 1998, he entered the English Medicine Department of Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 2004. In the same year, he started his specialization at Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospital Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic and successfully passed the board exam in 2011, earning the title of Plastic Surgery Specialist Doctor.
