Arab Bread Production Lines, known as the automatic bakery for producing Syrian and Lebanese bread
Automatic bakeries consist of 7 stages for producing Arab bread:
1- Spiral Mixer: The mixer is used to mix the ingredients of Syrian Arab bread (flour, water, yeast, sugar, salt).
2- Automatic Divider: This stage cuts the dough in a regular manner, and the dough divider can be controlled as needed.
3- Primary Proofing: The first proofing stage, known as the cutting proofer, comes immediately after the cutting stage to ensure fermentation and relaxation of the dough.
4- Automatic Sheeter: The dough opener or sheeter spreads the dough into a neatly circular shape to ensure the proper size for Arab bread.
5- Final Proofing: The dough proofer after the dough has been rolled, ensuring the dough ferments before entering the bread oven.
6- Oven: The bread oven, also known as "Bayt Al-Nar" (house of fire), is responsible for baking the Arab bread.
7- Cooling Conveyor: This is the unit dedicated to cooling the Lebanese bread loaf after it comes out fresh from the oven.

The Arab bread production line (Lebanese bread) is a fully automated production line, from mixing the ingredients to cooling the bread through several consecutive machines. The bread is known as Arab bread, Lebanese bread, or Syrian bread, and has spread worldwide in recent years due to its features and advantages.

The automatic bread oven has three basic types:
- Small (single) production line with a capacity of 1,500–3,000 loaves per hour
- Medium (double) production line with a capacity of 3,000–6,000 loaves per hour
- Large (triple) production line with a capacity of 6,000–9,000 loaves per hour

Arab bread production line (Lebanese bread): A specialized bakery dedicated to the production of the famous Arab bread, allowing the configuration of multiple production lines to suit customer requirements. The line consists of seven consecutive production units, and its production capacity varies according to needs. Advanced technology use enhances product quality, and it features an efficient cooling conveyor to maintain product quality.
