Executive Assistant / Office Administrator (Full-time – On-site)
📍 Location: Güneşli – 212 Mall, Istanbul
💰 Salary: 25,000 TL + transportation card
🕓 Working hours: 5 days from the office + Saturday half day from home
Description:
An organized and proactive administrative employee is required to support daily administration and ensure smooth workflow within the office.
Will be responsible for managing files, coordinating with the financial advisor, and following up administrative tasks with managers and the team.
Tasks:
Managing and organizing company files (paper and electronic).
Coordinating with the financial advisor and executing his requests.
Following up daily tasks and scheduling meetings.
Using Microsoft Office programs efficiently.
Requirements:
Excellent command of Turkish (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
A proactive, positive, and organized personality.
The ability to work independently within the office.
