Our office, which manages urban transformation projects, is seeking an exterior architectural engineer to join our team.

Required Qualifications

• Holder of a degree in exterior architecture

• Experienced in facade design and urban transformation projects (or eager to work in this field)

• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.

• Possesses good knowledge of facade materials, colors, and facade composition

• Familiar with municipal procedures and project follow-up

• Strong presentation skills and good ability to communicate with clients

• Able to work in a team and take responsibility

Job Description

• Preparing facade and surrounding area designs within urban transformation projects

• Creating facade drawings, 3D models, and preparing presentations

• Implementing project modifications based on client requests

• Coordinated work with the project team and sales team
