Art Director:

At least 3 years of experience in art management.

Excellent graphic design and photography skills.

Excellent project management skills.

Excellent data analysis skills and understanding consumer behaviour.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Content creators (media figures):

Experience in the field of media or social communication.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Excellent skills in dealing with the media.

Politeness, good appearance, and the ability to mix with people.
