Job Announcement – Administrative Assistant / Customer Follow-up Officer
Interstar, a company specialized in exporting automotive oils and industrial oils, located in Kartal – Istanbul (Asian side), announces its desire to hire an Administrative Assistant / Customer Follow-up Officer for a full-time position.
Main Duties:
Follow-up with existing clients and resolve issues related to follow-up processes
Searching for new clients and partners and expanding the customer base
Monitoring invoices, payments, and financial transactions for each client
Preparing sales reports and regular follow-up for management
Managing and organizing files and documents within the department
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative follow-up, customer service, or sales
Good knowledge of export procedures and the basic requirements for shipping and clearance processes
Fluency in the following languages: Arabic – English – Turkish
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel – Word – Outlook)
Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure
Strong skills in follow-up, organization, and report preparation
Preferably residing in Istanbul – Asian side
