Tasks and responsibilities:

• Responding to client inquiries via WhatsApp quickly and professionally

• Providing an accurate and clear explanation of the available medical services and offers

• Building trust with the client and motivating him/her to make a booking decision

• Regularly following up with interested clients (follow-up)

• ((Has high skill in persuading the client))

• Mother tongue must be Arabic
