🏨 Required: Receptionist/Sales employee – to work in a hotel in Istanbul
Job responsibilities:
• Receiving and welcoming guests in a professional manner.
• Completing check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answering telephone inquiries and providing accurate information about the hotel and its services.
• Promoting hotel services and achieving sales targets.
• Coordinating reservations and dealing with booking platforms.
• Following up on guests' needs to ensure an exceptional stay experience.
Required qualifications:
• Experience in hotel reception or hospitality field (preferred).
• High ability in communication and customer service.
• Proficiency in using computers and booking systems.
• Neat appearance and strong presence.
• Good level in English and Turkish (preferred)
