We are looking for an HR Manager who knows how to manage a remote sales team with firmness and without any leniency. If you're the type who goes easy and sugarcoats things for underperforming employees, this job is not for you! We want someone with a sharp eye, who can assess an employee from the first interview and is not fooled by flowery words.

📍 Location: Istanbul – Şişli

⏰ Working hours: From 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

What will your main role be?

• Hiring a strong sales team for hotel and resort bookings.

• Accurately evaluating candidates without leniency: We want you to focus on the tone of voice, communication style, and the energy of the candidate during the interview.

• Monitoring the team's remote attendance, ensuring full dedication, and immediately addressing any negligence or time-wasting.

• Assessing performance decisively based on the monthly target—those who don't deliver results or fall short in their duties will be reassessed differently.

Who are we looking for? (Required qualifications):

• At least 2 years of experience in human resources and recruitment.

• Fluency in 3 languages: Arabic, Turkish, and English.

• A leadership personality, strict, knows how to set clear boundaries and organize the work environment.
