
Arada Group Company announces its need for a Head Chef to work full-time in the main kitchen at the company’s headquarters.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Full supervision of the kitchen and ensuring high efficiency in daily operations.
Preparing and setting food menus in accordance with the company’s standards and quality.
Monitoring and coordinating the work of the team of chefs and assistants, and distributing tasks among them.
Overseeing the quality of dishes being served in terms of taste, appearance, and cleanliness.
Applying the highest standards of food safety and hygiene within the kitchen.
Monitoring inventory and requesting necessary raw materials in coordination with the warehouse and management.
Contributing to the creation of new recipes and developing the menu to enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Proven work experience of no less than 5 years in managing large kitchens or major hotels/restaurants.
High capability in leadership, organization, and managing work teams.
Excellent knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Preferably holders of professional certifications in culinary arts or kitchen management.
