Basic tasks:
· Communicate with potential customers, identify their needs, and collect the necessary information to evaluate the situation.
· Adding customer information to the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
· Setting appointments for meetings with clients, attending them with the main consultant, and then preparing the minutes of the meeting.
· Preparing offers and discussing them with customers in order to successfully close the sales process.
· Follow up with customers and ensure that work on their needs is going well.
Job requirements:
· College degree
· Two years of experience in the sales department, preferably in the service field
· Excellent communication and follow-up skills
· Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with different customer personalities
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· High selling and organizational skills
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
· Very good Turkish language
